Design Principles for Log Buildings 'Hirsitaloteollisuus'

Glued timber beams that we use to build our houses meets the following standards

• Complies with the production requirements of the standard EN386 / 1995 "Glued laminated wood (KMD).
• It is checked at the only laboratory in Ukraine for checking the conformity of glued timber to European standards (EN391)
• Wood species - pine
• Polyurethane adhesive for bearing structures Henkel PURBOND S209 (certificate EN301, MPA Stuttgart). Machine gluing application.
• The Finnish structure is TRIOLAM (three lamellas, saw cut 2Ex-LOG). 
• Profile and cross-section "softline" (without sharp corners) with grooves under the seal ILLBRUCK. Section 180x200 (B) or 180x240 (B) - double plywood. Length - up to 13,000 mm.
• Longitudinal splicing (on the visible side of the strip instead of the mini-tip).
• Cup - with protection from the wind. Assembly clearances - 0.5 mm each. to the side.
• Treatment with antiseptic at the plant REMMERS Germany - temporary antiseptic BS (in a circle), the ends - SW910, with an option constant protection of hidden surfaces (GN or RPE).
• Our houses quality meets and exceeds the requirements of the standard STADD 4.1 - 2011 Association of Wooden House Building in Russia and the standard "XTT Ryu 2010" of the Finnish Log House Building Association..

• The base board is an oak massive with 25-50mm.
• Sealant (log gasket)- self-expanding vapor-permeable tape Illbruck (Germany) - 2 contours.
• Oak dowels.
• Hardware - metal jacks, couplers, stiffening ribs, sliding fasteners.
• Compliance with the standard STADD 4.1–2011 of the Association of Wooden House-Building of Russia requirements and the standard “XTT Ryu 2010” of the Finnish Log Housing Association.
